Wash and soak moing dal and chana dal for 2 hours
After two hours grind these to it a semi coarse paste along with green chilis. the paste should not be very thin.
Heat oil in a kadai
In a bowl add dal paste and also add grated ginger, roasted cumin seeds, hing, salt, red chili powder and haldi powder and mix properly
Now add baking soda to it and mix
Next drop small roudrels in to the hot oil and prepare ladoo. bring out from oil and drain on a tissue paper
Now place 4 to 5 ladoos in a serving bowl, on that add some grated radish, chopped onion, sprinkle some chat masala also drizzle some green and tamarind chutney
Ram ladoo is ready
For a healthy version ladoos can be made in appe pan
